About Me

My Passion for baking began at a young age. My first adventure began at 10 years old making my first chocolate chip cookies in my childhood kitchen. Now I have over 25 years of professional baking experience. My experience has taken me from my mom's kitchen to The Culinary Institute of America, opening a bakery in Boston, selling the bakery in Boston, to working for The Cheese Board Collective in Berkeley. Now settled in Richmond, CA I am excited to open
